Think of 3 problems you have faced.  What was the result?  Is your life better now? Worse off?

There is a simple yet powerful process that can change the effects of problems which can turn you into a stronger more capable person.  The end result going from a life of surviving problems to a life of thriving because of those problems.

The 4 parts-
  1. Suffering - Problems cause suffering.  Suffering is not ideal.  Yet, it leads us to make changes.
  2. Endurance - Endurance is the by-product of suffering. How?  The changes we make because of the suffering from problems, become a process to deal faster with the problems when they appear again.  We get smarter.  Remember, there will always be problems.
  3. Character - The endurance will lead us to building character by creating a process to handle problems.  We will know how to keep from getting into the situations in the first place.  When character is refined by problems we become stronger and wiser.
  4. Hope - Character produces hope.  We have hope that we will overcome the problems that we face.  Hope is powerful!

The Covid pandemic has caused many problems in our lives.  How have you overcome those problems? Are you stronger because of it?
